9.1. All our honey products are sourced from trained beekeepers and processed following strict hygiene and quality standards.

9.2. Products are intended for consumption within the best-before date printed on the packaging.

9.3. Store products as directed on the packaging to maintain quality and freshness.

9.4. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
